THE REBATE

Ian Brett offers homebuyers a rebate incentive as calculated at http://CaptainVancouver.com/CashBack.asp You can qualify for this incentive simply by signing a Sellers Agency Agreement with Ian Brett, Realtor.

EXAMPLES

If your home sold for $900,000
You would receive a cheque for $1,013.25 and $1,592.25 would be allocated to additional advertising for a total rebate of $2,605.50

If your home sold for $1,500,000
You would receive a cheque for $1,575.00 and $2,475.00 would be allocated to additional advertising for a total rebate of $4,050.00

CONDITIONS

- Rebate is not valid when combined with other special offers or programs by Ian Brett or the Captain Vancouver Real Estate Network unless explicitly noted in the offering details.
- Rebate is not valid when combined with programs offered through SPLITSALES.ca or RELOCATETOVANCOUVER.ca
- Rebate subject to signing an Exclusive Sellers Agency Contract at the beginning of the Seller/Agent relationship.
- Not valid with any other offer, promotion, or cash back given by buyer's agent or brokerage.
- Cash back must be disclosed to both parties of the transaction; recipient of the cash back must be party to a transaction. The cash back will be paid out by Ian Brett to the name registered on the agreement of purchase and sale within 10 days of receiving the commission owing and only upon successful completion of a transaction.

- Rebate Value shown is based on our listing fee of 7% on the first $100,000 and 2.5% on the balance of the final selling price. This fee is shared with the Buyer's agent.
